Cold and Flu season is still going – Get some vitamin D to fight away winter bugs

There are studies out saying that vitamin D may be even be even more effective than vitamin C at battling the common cold (maybe that is why we don’t get as many colds in the summer). You can get plenty of this vitamin (that actually is a hormone) from the sun but also through your food – incase it is too cold to go outside shirtless where you live.

Fatty Fish – Salmon, Tuna, Mackerel
