Milk products can always be replaced by a lower sugar / lower carb option
Great replacements for drinking are:
Nut milks like Almond milk
and blends such as my favorite
which is a blend of coconut milk and almond milk that is naturally sugar free
For your coffee or tea try
half and half instead of milk. You need less of it and though it is high in fat (which will help you feel full) it is very very low in sugar.
Coconut milk or cream the nutty coconut flavor really takes coffee to a new level
